Plateau State governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has inked a groundbreaking partnership deal with popular Caribbean musician, Wyclef Jean and Caribbean International Commerce (CICH) to boost commerce and entertainment in the state.

According to Bere Gyang, Director of Press Affairs to the Governor, the deal came as a result of the governor’s engagements during his last business trip to the United States.

In a joint statement with Wyclef Jean and CICH, Gyang described the collaboration as a major shift in commerce and entertainment, marking the initiation of an extraordinary project that blends innovation, sustainability and star power.

He said, “Wyclef Jean joins forces with CICH to secure the first Hub agreement, comprising of more than 4,000 hectares of land in Plateau State. The venture is expected to revolutionize the local and global landscapes, featuring state-of-the-art music and movie studios, a tokenized platform for equitable wealth distribution, and a commitment to eco-friendly practices.”
