The Keffi Old Boys Association (KOBA), the alumni body of Government College, Keffi in Nasarawa State, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26 at the school premises.

The planning committee announced that Ambassador Umaru Suleiman Azores, Vice Chairman of the association’s Board of Trustees, will chair the event.

The AGM will feature the presentation of the prestigious Cheetah Awards to distinguished KOBA alumni and notable Nigerians for their societal contributions. Award recipients include Benue State Governor Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, and Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike.

Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule will attend as the Special Guest of Honour, while the Emir of Keffi, Dr Chindo Yamusa III, will serve as the Royal Father of the Day. KOBA President General Chief Edward Ujege (Tor Jechira) will host the gathering, which will also include elections for new association leadership.
