INTRODUCTION:
We are in the most critical times in the history of the world and our nation.
Many are thinking of what to do to navigate the hardship, economic meltdown, and satanic attacks on the people. However while some people are confused about how to navigate these hard times, some people are having the best times of their lives. The secret is “Praise”.
Praise is one of the revelations revealed to us by the word of God for all-round victory.
Praise is cardinal to the believer because it is the cheapest access to God.
It is the surest access to the realm of the miraculous.
You do not praise only when God does something good for you, you praise because it is what you were created to do, and when you praise God wholeheartedly, it moves him to do something for you. You do not praise God when you feel like, praise should be a part of your life. Let your lips be full of praise and thanksgiving to God all the time.
In PSLAM 34:1-4.TPT. The Psalmist says “Lord! I’m bursting with joy over what you’ve done for me! My lips are full of perpetual praise.
2 I’m boasting of you and all your works, so let all who are discouraged take heart.
3 Join me, everyone! Let’s praise the Lord together. Let’s make him famous! Let’s make his name glorious to all.
4 Listen to my testimony: I cried to God in my distress and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears!”
The greatest challenge facing you in life now may not require more than praise to become a miracle.
As a Christian, praise should not be your last resort but your first thought. Praise brings answers to everything. Praise is not a way of reminding God of your problems but a way of knowing that you’re more than a conqueror. That’s why you must be mindful of your words during praise. Your words during praise are very crucial.
No challenge can escape the touch of Jesus and you can invoke that touch with intense hearty praise, not just with the lips or the sweetness of the melody but with praise coming from the depth of your soul.
Unfortunately, the power of praise has been ignored in the body of Christ.
People think it is for those who don’t know how to pray, but that is far from the truth.
Praise is much more effectual than the longest fast any man can engage in. Whenever you have come to the end of yourself, sing a song to God, and he always responds. Praise touches God’s heart, he cherishes it. God prefers our praise to our material things. In Psalm 69:30-31.AMPC the scripture says, “I will praise the name of God with a song and will magnify Him with thanksgiving, And it will please the Lord better than an ox or a bullock that has horns and hoofs.”
Although prayer has its place, it cannot compete with praise in potency.
Praise makes things work cheaply.
We belong to the tribe of Judah.
Judah means Praise. GENESIS 29:35.KJV. 35 “And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise the Lord: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing.”
We belong to the tribe of praise; so, when we run out of praise, we are out of tune with our destiny.
You belong to the tribe of Judah, so triumph is your heritage.
HOW DO BE VICTORIOUS THROUGH PRAISE
PRAISE TO EXPRESS YOUR FAITH IN GOD AND HIS WORD.
1 JOHN 5:4.KJV., JAMES 2:17-18.KJV.
1 JOHN 5:4.KJV. 4 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
JAMES 2:17-18.KJV. 17 “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.”
Faith not expressed is dead. Faith is the elimination of fear.
Praise is your expression of faith in God and declaration of your victory over challenges.
Every time you praise, you declare your victory over the enemy and the opposition.
Praise is what brings hope and comfort amid hopelessness. Eph.1:5-6, 12.KJV. 5 “Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.”
Until faith is expressed in any issue, the word of God is worthless.
Our God is the God of possibilities, but faith is the master key to a triumphant and result-oriented Christian life.
Praise is one of the boosters of faith.
When we praise, we express our faith in God.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
Romans 10:9-10 says
“that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.”
Kindly say this prayer aloud;
“O Lord God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Your word says,”…whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2v21).
I ask Jesus to come into my heart to be the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit and according to Roman 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”,
I declare that I am saved; I am born-again; I am a child of God!
I now have Christ dwelling in me, and greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4)!
I now walk in the consciousness of my new life in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!”
Congratulations!
