Following the conduct of Britain’s general election, the exit poll has been released and it predicts that Keir Starmer will record a victory.

According to Mirror, the exit poll suggests that Labour will clinch 410 seats, with the Tories getting 131.

While the poll forecasts Labour getting a huge majority of 170, Starmer is predicted to win 410 seats, giving the party its best result since 2001.

Per the report, the Conservatives will be reduced to 131 MPs, which is their lowest number since the party was founded in 1832.

Liberal Democrats have been predicted to get 61 seats.

Speaking on the exit poll, Ed Davey, the Liberal Democrat Leader stated, “The Liberal Democrats are on course for our best results in a century, thanks to our positive campaign with health and care at its heart.

“I am humbled by the millions of people who backed the Liberal Democrats to both kick the Conservatives out of power and deliver the change our country needs.

“Every Liberal Democrat MP will be a strong local champion for their community standing up for the NHS and care. Whether you voted for us or not, we will work day in and day out and we will not let you down.”
