Acclaimed for its panache and creative elegance, luxury fashion brand, Trim Clothings, has been igniting the Nigerian fashion runway with its unique designs.
Within a short spate of time in the industry, Trim Clothing, which was founded and managed by the duo of Abigail Ochijenu and Deborah Adisa, has created a distinctive style that distinguishes it from the competition.
From the promotion of cultural diversity, values and excellent creativity, Trim Clothings depicts the tradition of embracing colourful textiles, fine patterns and modern craftsmanship.
As a dynamic fashion brand, Trim Clothings beautifully combines elements of Western and African fashion, in celebration of diversity and cultural richness of Africa. In affirmation of these qualities, Trim Clothings shone like a million stars at Ekiti Fashion Sales Pops held recently in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
At the event, the brand showcased a plethora of styles and designs that attest to its artistry, skillfulness, and expertise. The collection parades an array of well-tailored shirts with floral patterns and unisex kimonos crafted with rich Ankara and intricate detailing. Aside boasting out-of-this-world designs for a dazzling look, the clothes equally offer the wearers a relaxing fit and feel. Indeed, those who graced the fashion expo were thrilled and dazed by the exquisite creations of Trim Clothing.
While explaining the quality that makes their brand stands out, Abigail Ochijenu, said: “Whether it is experimenting with textures and prints, reviving traditional crafts and textiles or operating within ethical techniques like up-cycling, we are charting our paths in the industry.”
And speaking on the challenge of managing waste during production, founding partner, Deborah Adisa, added: “With innovation at Trim Clothings, we have a made-to-order basis to eliminate excess and allow flexibility to customers by providing the option to personalize.”
Both Abigail and Deborah identified other challenges facing the industry as erratic power supply, high production cost, and difficulty in sourcing for standard materials.
