President Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerians to embrace hope, unity, and the spirit of sacrifice as Christians across the nation and the world celebrate Easter, marking the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In his Easter message, President Tinubu described the season as a time for deep reflection on the values of sacrifice, redemption, love, and hope, which he said are the foundation of the Christian faith. He reaffirmed his commitment to delivering a “Renewed Hope” for a better, more just, and prosperous Nigeria.

Addressing recent tragic incidents and loss of lives in parts of the country, Tinubu expressed deep sadness and assured citizens that his administration remains resolute in restoring peace and security. “Forces of evil will never prevail over our country,” he stated, adding that security agencies have been directed to decisively end insecurity.

The President also acknowledged the economic challenges facing many Nigerians but noted there were encouraging signs of recovery, including efforts to restore investor confidence and stabilize key sectors. He thanked Nigerians for their patience and resilience during these difficult times.
