A powerful wave of spiritual awakening swept across Johannesburg on Friday, May 16, as thousands gathered at the Expo Centre for the much-anticipated Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) South Africa Revival. Themed, “Holy Spirit Visitation with Evelyn Joshua,” the event was marked by testimonies of healing, deliverance, and renewed faith.

Led by Pastor Evelyn Joshua, widow of the late Prophet T.B. Joshua and current leader of SCOAN, the revival drew attendees from across South Africa and neighboring countries. Accompanied by a team of SCOAN evangelists, Pastor Evelyn Joshua delivered messages of hope, healing, and spiritual restoration that resonated deeply with the expectant crowd.

Attendees described the event as a divine visitation, with numerous individuals sharing accounts of miraculous transformations. Among them was Andrew Makodi, who discarded his body brace after receiving healing from osteoarthritis. Rebecca Mathoda, who journeyed from Limpopo, testified to relief from chronic shoulder pain due to muscle spasms.

Also sharing their testimony were Mr. and Mrs. Jeyi, who spoke of healing from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, rekindling their hopes for a complete family life. Also, Emma Sebatlelo, previously reliant on crutches and leg braces, amazed the crowd by walking unaided, while Kgomotso Mothupi reported newfound freedom from knee pain caused by osteoarthritis.

“It was the Word that built our faith,” one attendee remarked. “And that faith opened the door to a divine visitation.”

The revival extended beyond the spiritual, on Monday, May 19, Pastor Evelyn Joshua and the Emmanuel TV Team conducted a humanitarian outreach in Madibe, a community in Mafikeng, North West Province. The outreach provided food, educational supplies, essential goods, and bedding to residents, along with a R100,000 cash donation to support community welfare.

Pastor Evelyn Joshua also commissioned a new portable water borehole for the town, an initiative warmly welcomed by residents. Cultural performances from a local dance group expressed gratitude for the gesture, with many describing the woman of God as a beacon of hope.

The South Africa Revival and outreach event reflect the enduring legacy of SCOAN’s global ministry bringing faith, healing, and compassion to those in need.
