Smart City, a Lagos-based football club has unveiled its jerseys for the 2024/25 season, showcasing a strong determination to earn promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League.

The jerseys are locally produced in Lagos and feature the iconic Jagaban logo of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which will once again adorn the club’s uniforms for the upcoming Nigeria National League season.

The Smart City home shirt presents a bold new design, predominantly in yellow, while the away shirt maintains a striking blue. Both designs reflect the club’s passion for uniting the team and its fans behind a shared ambition to succeed both on and off the pitch.

During the unveiling event on Friday, an enthusiastic Chief Anthony Adeyinka Adeboye, President of Smart City, addressed the guests.

“This marks yet another proud chapter in the history of our beloved club as we enter a new season with renewed energy, ambition, and unity.

Adeboye, affectionately known as ‘Zulu Authority,’ reiterated Smart City’s goal of becoming one of the top clubs in Nigeria.

“Our focus at Smart City is to be the premier grassroots football club in Nigeria, nurturing and developing local talent to achieve international excellence while inspiring the next generation of footballers to reach their full potential.”

The new jerseys also feature a front-of-shirt sponsor, with the logo of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) displayed on the sleeve.
