Arrangement has been concluded to hold the 5th edition of SheCannigeria conference
A press conference, the Founder, SheCannigeria, Ezinne Ezeani, said the event titled ‘She Can Do More’ 5.0 will hold on Friday, May 24, 2024 at the Harbour Point Event Centre, Victoria Island by 8:00 am prompt.
She said “That women have potentials is not in doubt. Therefore, the theme of the year’s conference is positioning for more. Shecannigeria believes that women, especially young girls, should be ‘Be More’ in the public spheres of life irrespective of their background, gender, religion or limitation.”
She promised participants that the year’s conference would provide access to opportunities like career development, mentorship and networking.
The highlights of the event will be the coming together of empowered women to empower other women at this year’s conference. “We had over 3000 participants last year and expect about 4000 this year.”
Expected speakers at the conference will include Dr. Jane Kimemia, CEO Optiva Capital Partners, who is also the lead sponsor of the year 2024 conference Shecannigeria conference. Others include Fela and Tara Durotoye, Shaffy Bello, Audrey-Joe Ezigbo, Graceb Ofure Ibhakhomu, Ololade Ogungbenro and convener of Shecannigeria Ezinne Ezeani.
Ezeani also unveiled partnering sponsors like Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Ltd. (SNEPco) and Wema Bank, Mamador and others.
