Fast-rising comedy talent Samuel Orji, popularly known as Sammy Joke, is making waves in the comedy industry with his unique brand of humor through live entertainment and content creation.
What sets Sammy Joke apart from other comedians is his distinctive approach to comedy. According to him, “What makes my comedy stand out is that I don’t just entertain my audience; they also get to learn more about society through my stories.”
Although he hails from Afikpo South Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Sammy Joke was born on August 26, 1995, in Benin City, Edo State. He grew up in a family of six and was encouraged by his loved ones to pursue a career in comedy. His journey into comedy began when he realized his natural talent for making people laugh.
Sammy Joke has made a name for himself with his show, “The Sammy Joke Experience,” which has featured top comedians like MC Edo Pikin, MC Casino,MC Dasaint,MC Yannist and King James. The show has become a staple in Benin City’s entertainment scene, with fans eagerly anticipating each new edition.
When asked about his upcoming projects, Sammy Joke revealed that the 2025 edition of The Sammy Joke Experience is in the works and promises to be bigger and better than ever.
