We won’t tolerate distractions
Since you fear so much for what happened in Turkey, would you then prefer the president stops prosecution of corruption because corruption is fighting back? Boko Haram, Biafra and Niger Delta agitations were all here before Buhari. They were not created by Buhari’s style of governance. In fact, Buhari has come to find solutions to them. The Army can never plan any coup against Buhari. In fact, you will see what will happen if PDP senators dare raise their hands of impeachment. A man that is only spared by death should not boast that their own heritage always live long and above death. Because the Tiger chose to fold his claws, stupid people see him as pussycat and go about pulling at his whiskers. Those are the people you should caution, your people. We are trying to bring sanity to this country. We shall not tolerate unnecessary distractions. 08033102822.
Your article unfortunate
The concluding part of your write up is rather unfortunate. Is there a crime? Who committed it?
Nwaba, 08055567777.
If Buhari goes, Nigerians’ll rejoice
If Buhari is removed or impeached, Nigerians will be happy. On the side of Turkey, the 99 Generals are liverless.
Emma I. Thinker, Abuja. 08099634826.
Democratic process should be used
There will be no repeat of what happened in Turkey here in Nigeria if Buhari is eventually impeached. Turkey is an Islamic state, but Nigeria is not. Don’t mind the APC ranting. Buhari has made more enemies than friends. Nigerians are not happy, like never before, since his assumption of office and he must be shown the way out via a democratic process.
Chidi Emeagi, Owerri. 08038047883.
Don’t look at Nigeria from Onitsha market
You said: “If National Assembly begins and completes the process of President Buhari’s impeachment, the reverse of what happened in Turkey will manifest here.” Hmm! This is your myopic and sectional thinking, a characterised perception of my South East brothers. Don’t look at Nigeria from Onitsha market.
Chris, ABJ. 08035041957.
Thank you
Open rebuke is better than secret love. What a powerful writer. My goodness! A real ‘end to a reign of hardship.’ I was amazed when Buhari’s aides said all was well.
Uzomba Kanu. 08032910874.
I hope they will hear, act
You have said it again. I keep thanking God for your type that can say it just as it is. I just hope that ‘they will hear and act aright. Keep it up.

President must have rethink
You couldn’t have been more blunt than this. They call it the masterstroke. That’s what you hammered on this title: “Lesson Nigeria must learn from Turkey.” Let Buhari have a rethink. Cosedwins, Akure, Ondo state. 08035616791.
Those who have ears should hear
Thanks immensely for your article: “Lesson Nigeria must learn from Turkey.” You have said it all, except for people who abhor science. Let those who have ears hear.
Eje Oga, Gwagwalada. 08036262370.
Good advice
You are just prophetic. Leaders lead their tumble like a dice. Good advice to Nigeria through Turkey. What if men were God? Tell them. Thanks. 08139333922.
One year of APC ugliness
The expiration of over 365 days of change agenda has exposed the ugliness of APC and northern infested leadership as a tool to empower the North and ensure that the South is impoverished. No prophet will be needed to prophesy great joy in the land if Turkey’s fate comes to Nigeria.
Okwuchukwu Njike, 08038854922.
People are suffering
You wrote well. If the present government wants to test its popularity, let it go on a state visit to any state in Nigeria. People are dying on daily basis due to hardship; food and drugs are no longer affordable. Funeral undertakers are smiling to the banks.
J. Gold Monye, 07058882573.
We pray govt listens
Your write up spoke the mind of majority of Nigerians. There is hunger in this country you call Nigeria. People are suffering, so people are likely going to welcome anything that can stop their problems. We pray the government is listening. God bless Nigeria our country.
Ben Chuks, 07035911518.
Care must be taken
President Buhari’s body language? Unfortunately, he does not appear to have the nature of people’s backing, like in Erdogan’s case in Turkey. Your stance on that is sound and doubtless. All the same, care must be taken in handling Nigeria’s problems; otherwise disintegration might be the answer, despite Buhari’s threat of Nigerians getting drowned in his imaginary “lagoon,” by any attempt at such a bid. What a dastardly vituperation from a president in 21st century! God save Nigeria.
Lai Ashadele. 07067677802.
I hope they make use of advice
The advice you gave to government, as far as I am concerned, is genuine and patriotic. I hope they make use of it, as I am in my 60s and know the history of this country and what happened in 1963 to 1970.
Comrade Kawus Dan Agundim, Kano. 08141737650.
We’re fasting, praying
The entire citizens of this country are daily fasting and praying to God to remove this yoke of bondage, Buhari, off their neck, then, we will jubilate.
Ovuta, 08162056267.
We don’t expect anything better
Ukeh! Ukeh!! How many times have I called you? Your column is always my best dish. Keep it on. You don’t expect stable governance from such a person. 08103314996.
President should listen
Your article is fantastic. Buhari should listen to cries of the people. He is not performing at all. The government is spreading poverty.
