As part of his commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global business restructuring, Lawal is opening a new chapter in his business evolution with the rebranding of his company: from Africent Industries to Cropyfy Ltd. The rebranding, Lawal said, reflects the company’s dedication to driving sustainable agricultural practices and expanding its reach in local and international markets. Under the new name, Cropyfy Ltd will continue to focus on its core operations: processing and production of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO); Palm Kernel Cake (PKC) and Mini Edible Oil Refinery Plant Operations.

In the same vein, his United Kingdom-based company, AfricentOCL UK Ltd – an award-winning firm specialising in petroleum products trading and vessel chartering, with operations spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States – has also rebranded to JuWonTankers UK Ltd. While the names changed, Juwon said the two firms’ values, mission, and commitment to excellence remain steadfast as the rebranding is aimed at positioning for a new era of growth and innovation.
