The Lagos State Police Command has recovered 63 abandoned vehicles in different locations of the state. The vehicles may have been snatched from their owners, stolen from where they were parked or abandoned by their owners.
Meanwhile, the police have warned owners of the vehicles to come with their original documents, and claim them within 21 days after which they would be auctioned.
The vehicles are parked at the Commissioner of Police Special Squad Command Headquarters, Ikeja; Ikotun division, Ejigbo division, Ex-SARS, Police Command Ikeja, Isheri division, Maroko, Isheri-Oshun, CP crack squad, Oke Odo division, Badagry division, Ayobo division, Isheri division, and Area B Command, Apapa. The vehicles are: Toyota Camry with registration number, MUS 186 DN; Toyota Camry with number, BDG 376 AB; Toyota Camry with number, LND 526 EU; Unregistered Lexus ES 330 saloon car;
