Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang of Plateau State has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to foster peace among the various interest groups despite the challenges confronting the state.
Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, quoted Mutfwang as reiterating this commitment at the weekend during the annual Thanksgiving concert of Yeshua Kingdom Foundation held at the 10 Commandments, Dwei, Du, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The governor assured of collective responsibility of all citizens in building a peace and unified Plateau where people of diverse tribes and faiths coexist harmoniously.
The Thanksgiving concert was attended by approximately 5000 worshippers, including dignitaries such as the Gbong Gwom Jos, Da. Jacob Gyang Buba, Speaker Plateau State House of Assembly, Amb. Gabriel Dewan, Secretary to the Government of the State, Arc. Samuel Jatau, Chief of Staff Government House, Jeremiah Satmark, Chairman PDP Plateau State, Hon. Chris Hassan, Former Senate Minority leader, Simon Mwadkon, former Minister Water Resources, Ngo Sarah Reng Ochekpe, Head of Service Plateau State, Mrs Rauta Dakok, commissioners, among others.
