The Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Plateau State, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda has commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for early arrival of electoral materials in most polling units across the country.

Nentawe disclosed this after casting his vote in his Dungung B polling Unit at
LEA primary School, Kanke Local Government Area and described the turn out as massive.

“There was earlier arrival of sensitive and non sensitive materials by INEC officials and we can say that the management of the election by the electoral body was excellent. This mean that all the electoral Act and guidelines are maintained.

“In term of turn out, it was massive, I think may be because the candidate were closer to the people, so the feelers of the candidates closer to the people make the turn out impressive.”

Nentawe expressed optimism that the outcome of the election favour him, saying he visited virtually all the polling units in the state during campaign.

“You should know the outcome of the election, I am a Frontline candidate and this is assessed by the number of attacks I received during campaign.” He stated.
