Engr. (Dr.) Patrick-Agbaenyi Ikenna K. has been officially appointed as the Chief of Staff for the Directorate of Youth Mobilization and State Strategy/Planning & Monitoring Officer for the Sir Paul Chukwuma Youth Coalition Campaign.
