Chairman of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Osun State, Dr. Tosin Odeyemi has berated the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Abdullai Ganduje over his recent comment on the national leader of the NNPP and former Governor of Kano State, Dr Rabiu Kwakwanso.
Odeyemi ruled out the possibility of any political relationship between Kwakwanso and Ganduje, dismissing that the NNPP is dead as claimed by Ganduje.
Dr Odeyemi also cautioned Ganduje to stop hallucinating as Kwakwanso cannot associate with the APC.
Reacting to a recent statement credited to Ganduje that the NNPP is dead, Dr Odeyemi in a statement made available to Daily Sun said the statement was a mere figment of Ganduje’s imagination.
He wondered what could have been the rationale behind Ganduje promising his followers that the National Leader of NNPP, Dr Kwankwaso, would join APC
Odeyemi who described Ganduje as a leader that lacked empathy noted that what is happening presently in some parts of Southern Nigeria should be a source of concern for Ganduje instead of day dreaming.
He said “how can the chairman of a ruling party under which hundreds of citizens are being maimed and kidnapped every day be proud of his party to the extent of boasting of attracting right thinking individuals?
“APC as a party has disappointed Nigerians. Nothing is working under this party and one Ganduje was telling his members that a visionary leader like Kwankwaso would join them.
“Ganduje should stop hallucinating, Kwankwaso is more knowledgeable than associating with the caliber of people in APC. I wonder how people forget their benefactors so soon. Has Ganduje forgotten that Kwankwaso made him? He made him his Deputy amidst so many political interests and eventually helped him climbed the ladder as Governor of Kano state. So, who owns the political structure of Kano state?
“NNPP is waxing stronger in Nigeria everyday and 2027 will teach Ganduje a lesson his generation wont be able to forget in a jiffy,” Odeyemi added.
