The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, has urged APC Chieftain and stakeholders in Osun State to work towards a common political goal to achieve desired results come 2027.

In A strategic meeting held over the weekend with key stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, the Minister who is also a leader of the APC in the state, emphasized the urgent need for unity, discipline, and peaceful coexistence among party members—especially aspirants.
Addressing a wide array of party leaders and loyalists, Oyetola urged all aspirants to regard one another not as political rivals, but as allies united in the pursuit of a common goal: the advancement of the APC and the political liberation of Osun State. He stressed that the real political opposition remains the Osun State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and encouraged members to direct their energy toward defeating the PDP in the coming elections.
“As progressives, we must rise above internal divisions. Our mission is collective, and our strength lies in our unity,” Oyetola stated. “Let us not lose sight of the bigger picture—the need to reclaim our state and continue the legacy of development and good governance.”

The Minister also charged reinstated local government chairmen to conduct their affairs with integrity and by due process. He called on all party leaders and stakeholders to maintain unwavering loyalty to the APC and to align themselves fully with the reform-driven agenda of Mr. President.

The meeting was attended by numerous party faithful as well as members of the Osun APC State Executive Committee, local government party chairmen, and all reinstated local government chairmen.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to unity, discipline, and strategic collaboration as the party prepares to confront the political challenges ahead and reclaim its mandate in Osun.
