…..implores Ogun Government, APC to emulate Atobatele
The Ogun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) proudly commends Hon. Lukmon Olajide Atobatele, the Deputy Minority Leader of the Ogun State House of Assembly and representating the good people of Abeokuta South Constituency I, for his outstanding commitment to the health and well-being of his constituents through a comprehensive medical outreach program.
In a statement, Hon. (Rotn) Abayomi Tella
Chairman
PDP Ogun State said
this initiative has provided free medical care, including surgeries such as cataract removal, hernia repairs, and the excision of breast lumps, benefiting over 1,000 residents.
“The PDP is particularly grateful to Dr. Jagun and Dr. Fawole, and indeed, other members of the medical team for their strategic partnership with Hon Atobatele.
Again, Hon Atobatele’s actions exemplify the PDP’s dedication to compassionate and effective leadership that directly addresses the needs of the people.
“Regrettably, while Hon Atobatele is busy ameloriating the pains of the members of his constituency, the APC-led state government has continued to neglect the pressing healthcare needs of its citizens Their inaction underscores a lack of genuine concern for the populace.
“We, therefore, urge the APC, the platform upon which Mr Dapo Abiodun has continued to demonstrate unpardonable incompetence to counsel its government on the need to come down from the high horse and seek responsible guidance from Hon. Atobatele and PDP’s exemplary service of prioritizing and investing in the health and welfare of the people.
“The residents of Ogun State deserve leaders who not only make promises and empty convenant but also take tangible actions to improve their quality of life.
“As the PDP continues to set the standard for responsive and people-centered governance, we remain confident that the electorate recognizes and appreciates the difference between mere rhetoric and meaningful, compassionate actions.”
