A 200-level student in the Department of Linguistics, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Subair Enitan, has commenced a 50-hour wash-a-thorn to beat the Guinness Book of Record.
Enitan who started the washing of clothes around 1 pm on Friday in the presence of her colleagues, management, and a representative of Guinness Record, appreciated the university authorities and students’ union for the encouragement and support.
She said she needed the grace of God to accomplish her mission, stressing that encouragement from different quarters would boost her morale.
