The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) has commended the Benue Investment and Property Company (BIPC) for the high-quality construction standards of its brewery project located in Akile village, along the Makurdi to Gboko Road.

The State Chairman of NSE, Philemon Manger, in company of the Team Lead, Terna Mom, expressed their approval during an assessment of the project’s engineering, structural, and mechanical standards, as well as its compliance with regulatory requirements.

The inspectors praised BIPC for its adherence to international best practices, innovative designs, and robust safety measures throughout the ongoing project.

Manger said: “We are impressed with the level of expertise and attention to detail demonstrated by BIPC’s engineering team.”

BIPC’s Managing Director, Dr. Raymond Asemakaha, expressed gratitude for NSE’s recognition and credit to the company’s commitment to excellence for the project’s success.

Represented by the Departmental Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure, Jerry Iosun, the Managing Director pledged to uphold high standards across all ongoing projects.

He also thanked the state governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, for fostering an enabling environment for construction and expansion, especially in the non residential sector, assuring that the completed brewery would create jobs, boost economic activity, increase state GDP and enhance Benue State’s industrial capacity.
