Two Oriental teams, Enyimba of Aba and IfeanyiUbah of Nnewi, will lock horns tomorrow at Nnewi Stadium in a winner takes all fight, as the Nnewi-based outfit hosts the People’s Elephant in the week 29 game.
Still basking in the euphoria of a 3-0 bashing of Niger Tornadoes of Minna last week at the U.J Esuene Stadium, in Calabar Enyimba are already in Nnewi exuding much confidence like never before.
The two-times CAF Champions League winners believe they have had enough tutorials to withstand the fire power of their opponents as both teams go toe-to-toe and man to man to determine who runs away with the three points at stake.
Enyimba striker, Stephen Chukwude believes the business is done against IfeanyiUbah.
Chukwude described the Nnewi derby as going to be tough but noted that they want to make valuable road win.
‘’The Oriental derby is always a big match. TBut we are ready.
The former FC Ifeanyiubah forward has however stated that they must beat their foes on Sunday to consolidate on their away runs.
