Presidential Campaign Director of Strategic Communications in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dele Momodu, has urged Nigerian youths not to despair nor lose hope in the nation.

In a statement, yesterday, Momodu said once former Vice President  Atiku Abubakar,  wins the presidential polls  February next year, he knew exactly what to do to fix the country’s challenges.

Momodu extolled the virtues of Atiku, the PDP presidential pallbearer  as a rags-to-riches tale of endurance and perseverance, from which the younger generation should  derive a sense of optimism and belief in better days ahead.

“In Atiku is a story of hope despite the current challenges we face as a nation. I humbly urge our youths and all Nigerians not to give up on the country. His Excellency Atiku Abubakar is a son of nobody who by dint of hard work and resilience, has become somebody not only in Nigeria but globally. The Atiku story of an erstwhile shepherd boy turned a national head-boy, is significant for all those  struggling compatriots to emulate.”

Momodu who resumed work on Friday, October 7 at the Atiku-Okowa 2023 Presidential Campaign Office in Wuse 2 Abuja,  motivated some youths and adults in a jam-packed hall, where Dr. Ahmed Adamu organised a public reading and quiz competition on the biography of the former Vice President titled: The Atiku Abubakar Story.

The book and a couple of others were publicly presented on September 28, an event which coincided with the inauguration of PDP Presidential Campaign Council, at the International Conference Centre, ICC, Abuja.
