The organisers of Kingdom Film Festival (KFF) are over the moon with excitement.
Known for its celebration of cinematic excellence and faith-based content, KFF will from November 29-30, 2023 hold in partnership with Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF) at EbonyLife Cinema, Victoria Island, Lagos.
According to the founder/CEO, Kingdom Film Festival, Ewoma Luther-Abegunde, the implication of the collaboration is that KFF will now participate annually in the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival and Canada Black Diversity Film Market Summit (CBDFM Summit 2023).
“With a shared commitment to fostering artistic expression and promoting compelling storytelling, this partnership promises to enrich the festival’s offerings and provide audiences with an unforgettable journey into the world of cinema. Collaboration between Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival and Kingdom Film Festivals will not only strengthen our festival’s relationships, but will also increase cross-promotion, workshop training and mentorship opportunities through the TINFF Festival, CBDFM Summit, and TINFF Academy, among other benefits. This will result in job opportunities for Canadian and Nigerian producers, filmmakers, actors and other stakeholders, as well as contributing to business and economic development,” she stressed.
Through the collaboration, this year’s Kingdom Film Festival promises to be a platform for meaningful conversations, artistic exploration and unforgettable cinematic experiences. Attendees can look forward to an array of exciting events, thought-provoking panel discussions, and exclusive screenings that showcase the best of contemporary cinema.
