From Abdulrazaq Mungadi, Gombe
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has promised to provide job opportunities for youths and people of Gombe State if elected as president in the forthcoming election.
Tinubu who led the APC Presidential campaign to Gombe made the commitment while speaking at the Gombe Pantami township stadium venue for the APC campaign rally.
He also promised to ensure the full success of the Kolmani oil exploration in Gombe and other places in the region. He said, “You have to vote for APC at all levels to ensure that we deliver our plans for the state.”
Speaking on behalf of President Muhammadu Buhari at the rally Isa Ali Pantami assured that the president was in support of candidates of the APC at all levels. He disclosed that the president has always supported the development of Gombe and would only task residents in the state to vote for a candidate that will ensure the success of the state.
Meanwhile, the national chairman of the APC Abdullahi Adamu called on voters in the state to come out en masse to support and vote for all APC flag bearers, he assured that Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has more and better plans for the state.
On his part, Governor Yahaya of Gombe state called on voters in the state to prove their for Buhari by for APC at all levels. He said, “I want us all to exercise patience and stand firm in supporting APC. Buhari has shown us all what APC can do by tackling the Boko Haram insurgency in the North East.”
