THE president of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick has reiterated his commitment to settling all outstanding allowances and salaries owed late Amodu Shuaibu by the Glasshouse.

At the residence of the former Super Eagles coach in Surulere, which hosted his eight-day burial rites that had the Minister for Sports and Youth Development, Solomon Dalung, Nigeria Olympic Committee chairman, Engr. Gumel who was represented by Tony Ubani, former internationals Ike Shorunmu, Mutiu Adepoju and other important personalities in attendance, the NFF president did not only rue the loss of Amodu Shuaibu but, also vowed to pay up every penny the football house might be owing him to his bereaved family.

“Amodu’s exit is a big loss to Nigerian football I must confess. His legacy throughout his football sojourn is visible for all to see. We’ll try to immortalize Amodu; his outstanding salaries and benefits shall be released to the family. I owe him that, and I promise that we won’t abandon his family,” he stated.
