Nigeria’s growing popularity in Rap and Afro beat music is set for a much louder applause as a new Rap and Afro beat revelation, Enoch Onyekachukwu Omeebere, popularly known as Swarx, has announced his readiness for a sensational entry on the stage with his debut single.

The single, titled ” Conscience’ which according to the 19 year old sensation, is an off EP, and will be released in the new year. The young artiste who said he is currently unattached to any any musical label expressed optimism that Rap and Afro beat enthusiasts would experience fresher vibe when his debut single hits the airwaves.

Speaking on his background in music and his upcoming project, Swarx said he has always been attracted to people who are passionate about music. ” I have always been happy being around musically oriented and musically driven people. I am drawn to their crafts and personally I like rapping and singing. Even as a kid, I liked and enjoyed rapping and singing and loved being around artistes who sang this brand of music.” He said.

On how he gets inspiration, he said, “Music has always sparked a fire in me. So I tried it then I figured out (that) I could actually do it so I went all in as I grew older. I would be dropping my first single, “conscience,” which is an off EP in 2024. I got the inspiration for the song from a lady I am romantically attracted to. Conscience is an off coming EP.”

Though born and raised in Agbado Ijaye area of Lagos, Enoch Onyekachukwu Omeebere, is a native of Delta State.
“I was born and raised in Lagos Nigeria and my dad was born in Delta Nigeria.”

Born as the last child of his parents’ four children, Swarx, attended Priesthood Primary School for his primary education before proceeding to Modern College Meiran, Lagos where he had his junior secondary school education. He later attended St. Anthony International School for his senior secondary school education and currently an undergraduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.
