A group of Ebonyi Indigenes in Lagos State, under the aegis  of Ebonyi Frontiers Movement, has passed  a vote of confidence on RT. Hon. Chinedu Ogah, for his indelible contributions to the  democratic evolution and socio-political development of  the country, Ebonyi State  and Ezza/Ekwo Federal Constituency. On this premise, the group is galvanising unflinching support for his ambition to become the Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives of the 10th Assembly.
In a communiqué released after its meeting in Lagos, signed by its President, Mr. Charles Ikechukwu Ogbu; Secretary, Hon. Imeba Igwe Imeba and the Publicity Secretary, Chief Matthew Ebe, and made available to Daily Sun, the
Ebonyi Frontiers Movement, which is a socio-political organisation, whose generic aim is to promote democratic ideals, good leadership, transparency and accountability in governance in the entire Ebonyi State, emphasised that , “its support for the speakership ambition of Rt. Hon Chinedu Ogah was based on his track record, in terms of initiation, sponsoring and support of people-centred bills in the House,  youth empowerment, sustained positive utilisation of his legislative mandate in the socio-political development of  Ezza South/Ikwo Federal Constituency and lots more.
“Ebonyi Frontiers Movement is convinced beyond every scintilla of doubt, that Rt. Hon Chinedu Ogah will deliver more of the dividends of democracy for the people of Ezza/Ikwo Federal Constituency and the entire Ebonyi State, if elected the Deputy Speaker of the 10th Assembly of the Green Chamber
“Rt. Hon Chinedu Ogah is a grassroots politician and one of the founding members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Southeast, even before the former Governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi joined APC. And since then, he has remained unwavering and profoundly committed to the things of the party.
“We reiterate our confidence in Rt. Hon Chinedu Ogah and strongly believe  he will do much better,  if given the opportunity.” The group therefore, urges his counterparts  from other senatorial zones in Ebonyi State and the South East to galvanise the requisite  support for him, as the group believes that he will do much better  in that capacity, as deputy speaker of the  Federal House of Representatives.
