Napoli manager Antonio Conte has omitted Victor Osimhen from his team for Saturday’s Serie A game against Parma.
Osimhen failed to complete a deadline-day transfer to Chelsea and is expected to remain in Naples.
The 25-year-old has yet to play under Conte, and it remains to be seen if he can still sign for Al Ahli before Monday.
Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, has however claimed that the relationship between the two parties is “broken”.
Romano wrote on X: “Victor Osimhen will not be part of Napoli squad today vs Parma.
“Current relationship, completely broken while parties look for a solution.”
