Mikano International has announced its sponsorship of Eniola Bolaji, an extraordinary athlete representing Nigeria at the Paralympic Games holding from August 28 to September 8, 2024, in Paris, France.
To celebrate this significant partnership and to honour Eniola’s incredible achievements, the company organised a send-off for Eniola at their office in Victoria Island , Lagos.
Eniola Bolaji has inspired countless individuals with her determination, strength, and unwavering spirit. Within a short period, she has accrued several medals and achieved many firsts, including being the first African gold medalist in a World Para-Badminton championship.
She also qualified for the SL3 Para-Badminton event at the Paris 2024 Paralympics. This is a monumental feat a player who started her para-Badminton journey only in 2021? and is now ranked third globally.
At the send-off, the team from Mikano highlighted that Eniola’s hard work and dedication was an inspiration to the youths, thus motivating their support for the young athlete on the world stage.
Ms Bolaji expressed her gratitude for the support, saying, “Having the backing of Mikano means the world to me. Their belief in my abilities motivates me to push even harder and strive for excellence at the Paralympics. I am excited to make my country proud and take Nigerian Paralympic badminton to the world”
