Temidayo Kafaru was born in Warri, in the Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State. Temidayo’s mother, Eyefugirin Endurance Edu-Gaute, an Itsekiri hailed from the South-South region, while Temidayo’s father, Samson Makaila Kafaru, a Yoruba man hailed from Epe in the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos.

Temidayo Kafaru spent his early childhood under the care of his grandmother in Sapele, Delta State. He was reunited with his mother when he turned 14. As a result of his early life in Delta State, Temidayo is fluent in Itsekiri language more than his mastery of Yoruba language.

His elementary education was at Association Primary School, Sapele. He later proceeded to Dora Numa college and Twinkle Star college respectively for his high school education at the age of sixteen. Temidayo earned his degree at the University of Lagos where he bagged B.A in Philosophy.

An award-winning personality, Temidayo Kafaru boast a record of the youngest Nigerian to be awarded an Ambassador for Peace by Universal Peace Federation, (UPF) alongside eminent personalities like former President Goodluck Jonathan and late former Nigeria’s ambassador to Ethiopia, Ambassador Olushola.

Before his current role with Moet Hennessey, Temidayo dazzled at Planet One Hospitality before climbing up the ladder as Business Development Manager and Sales Manager at Ujah Idibia aka 2baba owned Rumors Ikeja.

Temidayo Kafaru’s transformational 2 years of operations at Rumors Ikeja changed the face of the business in no small measure. He moved to Rumors Festac where he recreated his magic wand as the Group General Manager. He introduced winning ideas, inspired short and long-term goals for the brand, and extend the brand’s collaboration with local promoters. A man of many parts, Temidayo ensured accountability and competence with proper documentation, sales and data analyzes, and established an effective communication link with the board members headed by Dotun Omotoye, Innocent Ujah Idibia (2baba), and late Koga.

Temidayo continued his upward movement with Rumors Victoria Island as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and rewarded with a shareholding place in Rumors Victoria Island. Temidayo’s brief then included overseeing the daily business and administrative operations, and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency. An assignment which he performed excellently well so much that his impressive performance caught the attention of Ledrop Nigeria and other reputable Wine and Spirits brands.

Temidayo Kafaru joined Ledrop Nigeria in 2017 as the National On-Trade and Off-Trade Field Manager, saddled with the responsibilities to cover marketing and sales across the Ledrop portfolio of brands Pan-Nigeria. After a successful stint at Ledrop, Temidayo Kafaru joined French multinational luxury goods conglomerate and number one wine and spirit brand, (LVMH) as the Area Manager, Island 1-2, Prestige and New Territories (South-South), Moet Hennessey Africa and Middle East.

Better known for his bright personality, Temidayo is a free minded socialite of note who doesn’t hold grudges or carries any air around him. His warm personality has won him a wide network of friends in high places. A doting father, Temidayo is a dutiful father to an adorable son, Ryne Oluwakorede Kafaru.
