Minister of State, Petroleum Resources, Heineken Lopkobiri, has waded into the lingering face-off between Dangote Refinery promoters and International Oil Companies (IOCs) with an advice to all the parties to let the dove of peace fly.

He stressed the need for cooperation to ensure the oil and gas sector’s success, which is vital for Nigeria’s economic growth and energy security.

In attendance at the meeting were: Aliko Dangote, Chairman and CEO of Dangote Group, – Farouk Ahmed, Authority Chief Executive of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), – Gbenga Komolafe, CEO of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), – Mele Kyari, Group CEO of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPC).
