… Preaches love, unity, as C & S church worldwide set to celebrate 100 years of spiritual legacy of Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase
HER Grace, Iya Aladura General, Dr Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye (JP), founder of the New Seraph Evangelical Ministries, has called on Nigerians to unite in prayer for the country.
Iya Adura General made this known to Newsmen during a courtesy visit to His Most Eminence, Baba Aladura, Dr. DL Bob-Manuek JP, prelate of ESOCS Church world-wide, and elders of the Eternal Sacred Order of Cherubim and Seraphim church at the ESOCS National Headquarters, Surulere, Lagos on Thursday.
She said the whole world is experiencing economic issues not only in Nigeria and urged everyone to join hands in prayers for the leaders of Nigeria, just as the Bible teaches and charged leaders to lead with empathy, compassion, and wisdom through the Holy Spirit.
Speaking on the courtesy visit to Baba Aladura, and elders of the Cherubim and Seraphim church, Iya Aladura expressed her deep gratitude for the warm reception, reaffirming her commitment to rebranding and unifying the Cherubim and Seraphim Church through The New Seraph Evangelical Ministry.
She noted that the ESOCS Church is a well-structured religious institution known for its firm doctrine, disciplined dress code, and standardized church network.
The cleric also emphasized the importance of preserving the integrity and dignity of the church, ensuring that lost values are restored.
Iya Aladura also highlighted the New Seraph Evangelical Ministry involvement in several initiatives that has contributed to the economic development of the country and also emphasised on the Night of Divine Experience program of the church, which is a three days world class Evangelical Crusade.
“The New Seraph have been able to take the good news of Jesus Christ to numerous communities both in Nigeria and in the diaspora, our ground Evangelical Crusade team are untiring in this Evangelical exercise which has taken the gospel to various states in Nigeria and West Africa.
“Night of Divine Experience is a three days world class Evangelical Crusade, the Grand finale comes up every third Friday of August every year, this crusade, with the average of six hundred thousand worshippers from the north,south,east and across the sea enjoys free transportation, free prayer materials such as branded Table water and branded anointing oil.
“During this crusade, we make provisions for medical facilities, at least two ambulance buses and medical personnel are always on ground, last year a worshipper from Edo State, safely gave birth to a baby boy during the program.
“With the given mandate, and with the belief that an hungry Prophet or Prophetess is a lying person, in our remodelling mission, the ministry is into various palliatives and empowerments programs, we have elders and some Baba Aladuras that are not even members of The New Seraph on our monthly pay roll, we have empowered 230 youths in Kwara State, we have empowered 120 women with Multipurpose Grinding machines, deep chest freezers, coolers, cooking gas cylinders with burners, umbrellas, and many students on are on our Scholarship Scheme.
“100 JAMB candidates get their free forms annually and most recently, about 100 C and S members received cash empowerment to boost their businesses or ministries in Oyo State.
“Other programs include Celebration of Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase at Ikare, an annual program, Celebration of Seraphim day, every September annually.”
Iya Aladura reiterated that The New Seraph Evangelical Ministries is a conglomerate of different conferences of Cherubim and Seraphim Church, coming together on the mandate of rebuilding the church on all noticeable influences.
She also emphasized that the church will be celebrating one hundredth year this year and believed that the celebration shall be an avenue to bring the different segments of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church together as one body.
Also, in his words, the Baba Aladura, His Most Eminence, Dr. David D.L. Bob-Manuel, welcomed Iya Aladura General, and her entourage to the national headquarters of ESOCS Church.
Despite the challenges the church has faced over the years, Baba Aladura expressed gratitude that the movement has not only survived but has also expanded into a global institution.
He highlighted that the next 100 years of the church will surpass human imagination if it continues to align with divine purpose
He also called on all white garment churches to embrace unity and celebrate Jesus Christ together, setting aside differences in doctrine and practice.
