Let’s sustain war against corruption  — Orji Uzor Kalu

The senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, in the 10th National Assembly, Orji Uzor Kalu, has called on Nigerians to wage war against corruption before it kills the citizens.

He stated this during an interview he shared on his Facebook page on Wednesday, July 3.

According to him, if Nigerians do not leave corruption, corruption will not leave them.

He further added that Nigerian leaders are not the only ones involved in corruption but even the led are also involved in the vice.

He said: “The greatest problem you’re looking for is corruption. Corruption has eaten the fabric of Nigeria, whether in the private or public sector.

“The greatest problem Nigeria has today is corruption. If Nigeria or Nigerians do not march to kill corruption, corruption will kill Nigerians. So Nigeria better stand up for all of us to kill corruption.

“The greatest problem we have in and out is both leaders and the led are all involved in corruption. The private and public sector, except we leave corruption alone, corruption will not leave us.”

He further called on Nigerians to come together and fight corruption, tribalism, and sentiments for Nigeria to become a great nation.
