Amidst the growing admiration and transparent relationship with customers, the management of Land Republic Limited has allotted its Deja View City lands situated in Epe, Lagos State physically to customers amidst fanfare.

Speaking at the event that took place at the site of the inspection and allocation, Co-Founder/CEO & Head of Sales and Marketing, said, “It’s a delight to physically allot this land finally, regardless of the difficulties surrounding buying of lands in Lagos State.

“Deja View City is one of the projects that we are proud to have, it’s a project that we forsee for customers to enjoy because we are customer-centric, and also digitalize buying of lands which makes it easy for our GenZ clients to easily assess our projects.

In his own reaction, one among the three Co-Founders who doubles as the Head of Products and Tech, Ayodeji Ajuwon asserted that “Deja View City” is a futuristic project owing to the conditions of the estate and its valuation in the next few years.

He added that the realty company is willing to digitalize even obtaining the documentation of the land purchase and that they are also striving to make it possible to make the whole processes automated, from the point of payment to allocation of the land.

Responding to the significance of Land Republic from other real estate companies in the country, another Co-Founder/COO & Head of Strategy and Growth, Ambassador Victor Adegbile said, “The core value of our company is to be mindful of the topographies of all their projects for customers. We always put them first and make sure that they are satisfactorily alright with whatever land they are buying from us.”

He strengthened that their projects are free from land grabbers’ tussle as they make sure that every square meter of the land they have secured as an estate for their customers is documented for.

“Our other ongoing projects include Epe Boulevard and Monarch’s court in Ibadan along Moniya-Isehin road,” he added.

Amplifying the fanfare allocation galore, a customer, Mr Jacobs Paul Abayomi expressed satisfaction on the land he bought encouraging others to patronise Land Republic because of its customer relationship strategy and trust to present whatever is pictured as the property.

Another customer, Mrs Oluwafunmilola Akinkoye said, “I am pleased to physically see my land and get all its documents today. In fact, when I got here, the joy in me knew no bounds; everything is planned accordingly here. I will buy more and I encourage others to do so.”
