Kogi State Police Command has arrested 15 suspected armed robbers, kidnappers and cultists. It recovered AK-47 rifles, magazines and 30 cartridges along Kogi-Abuja Expressway.

Commissioner of Police, Miller Gajera Dantawaye, warned criminals in the state to repent or relocate from the state: “We are going after them. I have charged officers to rise up to the task and flush out the criminals.

“The command has imbibed community policing. They should apply professionalism when carrying out their duties. I have encouraged officers on discipline, professionalism and integrity as core values every officer must uphold. Insubordination will not be tolerated under my leadership.

“I have visited the Atah of Igala, reinforcing security collaboration between the police and the traditional institution and all the stakeholders to ensure a safer state.
