The Nigerian Air Force(NAF), said it has successfully evacuated 350, stranded Nigerians trapped in ongoing war in Sudan.
The passengers who are being airlifted with the NAF C-130, Hercules is expected to arrive the Nnamdi Azikiwe international airport at exactly 11;40, tonight.
NAF Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ayodele Famuyiwa, who made this known, on the NAF’s WhatApp media forum, said “ I am pleased to inform you that the NAF C-130H aircraft that went to evacuate Nigerians stranded in Sudan has departed Aswan and is expected to touch down at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Abuja by 2340hrs (11.40), tonight.
