When property merchant, Tayo AbdulRasaq, mulled the idea of building his first multiple-storey commercial property a couple of years ago, it felt almost impossible at the time. The economic headwinds were a huge challenge, especially the rising inflation. But AbdulRasaq was undaunted as he believed in his tenacity and divine favour to deliver the vision.

On Thursday May 15, 2025, that vision became real as AbdulRasaq hosted top political figures, real estate industry leaders, celebrities, and other associates to a colourful ceremony to celebrate the launch of his landmark development: Treasure Mall, a 1,350-square-metre, three-floor commercial complex with cutting-edge infrastructure for retail outlets, cafés, restaurants, and office spaces.

Located in the heart of Lekki’s flourishing Abijo GRA, the new commercial complex adds to the growing portfolio of AbdulRasaq’s Jemras Homes —one of Lagos’ fastest-growing real estate firms.

In his speech during the event, AbdulRasaq described ‘Treasure Mall’ as more than a building but a “statement of our dedication to quality, innovation, and strategic investment. We are creating not just spaces, but opportunities that empower businesses and elevate communities.”

Indeed, AbdulRasaq stands tall as a beacon of inspiration and innovation in the realm of sustainable development and visionary leadership. This was further validated by the veteran actor and Jemras Homes’ brand ambassador, Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, who hailed AbdulRasaq and his firm’s commitment to excellence. “I believe in what the company stands for and the vision it’s bringing to life in the Nigerian real estate space,” Ogogo said, adding that with the successful launch, Jemras Homes has not only unveiled a premium commercial destination but also reinforced its position as a visionary leader in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
