The 2025 Policy Meeting of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has commenced at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
Stakeholders in the education sector, notably, Vice-Chancellors, Rectors, Provosts, and Heads of parastatals like the NUC, NCCE, NABTEB, TETFund, NELFfund, among several others are in attendance.
Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa is chairing the event with the support of the Minister of State for Education, Prof. Suwaiba Ahmad, while members of the national assembly are also present.
Expected at the meeting is the decision on the 2025 admissions process, particularly the minimum admissible mark for admission, otherwise known as the cut-off mark.
Also expected is the release of names of top scorers in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
