The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced the creation of a Candidate Counselling Emergency Support Centre to assist candidates with immediate problems.

In a statement made on Friday via its official X page, the examination body stated that the new centre will supplement its existing ticketing tool, which remains the preferred and most effective means of communicating with the Board.

The statement read, “In addition to our usual and preferred ticketing platform for Candidates Support, JAMB has now opened a Candidate Counseling Emergency Support Centre (CCESC).
