The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has stated that the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) would commence on April 24, rather than April 25, as previously announced.

Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the JAMB spokesman, stated this in a statement in Abuja on Saturday.

Benjamin said the adjustment had been made to accommodate essential commitments by the board and its partner agencies.

He stated that potential applicants may now print their notification sheets, which contained essential information on their exam details.

He went on to say that the notification slip includes the examination date, place (centre), time, and other important information required for the exam’s success.

“Candidates are encouraged to print their notification slips beginning from today, April 19.

“This will provide ample time for logistics arrangements to access their assigned centres within the chosen examination towns.”
