Despite hard economic conditions in recent times, the key investor and management of Urban Mark Estate operating in Akwa Ibom under the brand name of In -Motion Business Ltd has recounted gains and achievements recorded in the business within the last two years.

In a statement signed by the Chief Executive Officer Mr Gideon Ekanem and made available to Journalists in Uyo on Thursday, the firm stated that despite economic hard times in the last two years, the company has made some landmark successes that surprised customers and co-investors.

Ekanem disclosed that the investment in real estate was a step of faith even as he had more reasons to fully reposition the Wana Court Estates product as a fully green project.

The statement reads in parts:
“The journey of two years for Urban Mark Estate has really been adventurous for us at In – Motion, from stakeholders engagement, to acquisition, documentations, approvals, designs, master planning, infrastructure designs, construction etc, it’s has been a great journey.”

“In two years, we’ve done 225% in appreciation for our investors in the Urban Mark Estate project.

“Currently, subscribers have started building their houses while internal road network has been constructed”

He recalled that all the promises made to investors in the deal have been fulfilled.

He listed the promises as provision of solar street lights, secured fence and gates and serene environment to add value to their money have all been fulfilled.

“We’ve not started yet, we’re yet to scratch the surface , what we’ve achieved in the last two years is more like a thumbnail sketch, a bird’s eye view.
