Fast rising Afro dancehall artiste, Kelechi Solomon aka Style Zee is set to drop a new music video titled, If Money Dey.
According to Style Zee, who has been doing music for some years, his new music video will drop on all digital platforms.
On the inspiration behind the work, the singer said, “It’s as a result of a personal experience I got from some ladies who love men when they have money, and if the men don’t have anymore they dump him for another man. I am a victim of this circumstances; that’s why I decided to create a song out of it so that men can learn and be smart when dealing with the opposite sex.”
Style Zee, however, praised his mother for her support. “My mother never wanted me to do music. But when she saw the seriousness and passion I have for the craft, she decided to invest and supported me all the way.”
He also shared some of his experiences with his record label boss, King Daniel, who is also the CEO of Dreams Models. “He’s an amazing man that has the spirit to scout for great talents. When listening to If Money Dey, he fell in love with the lyrics; today the rest is history,” the artiste said.
Also commenting, King Daniel aka King Model, stated, “Style Zee is a young promising dude, who is ready to take the music industry to the next level. He knows how to write and sing good songs. He is so passionate about his music career that is why I decided to work with him.
“I directed the music video myself, a lot had gone under to get the video to this beautiful standard. The video consists of so many ideas that will thrill fans. I used Rwandan, Egyptian, English and African costumes to make the video exceptional.”
