Benue State indigene, Faith Patrick Kpesen, has emerged the winner of Film House Africa reality show season 2 organised by Twin Image Concept.
He defeated 30 other contestants to clinch the first prize, while Agu Stephanie Chinecherem emerged as the first runner-up and Okacha Agustin Eyim was named the second runner up.
For emerging winner, Kpesen smiled to the bank with N30 million worth of deals and a car, while Chinecherem won N1.2 million and Eyim went home with N1 million.
In his response, Kpesen said: “I will use this platform to carve a niche for myself, especially in the film industry, and help young people looking forward to becoming actors and actresses.”
Chinecherem, who hails from Enugu State, said: “My intention for participating in the competition is to become an actress, because I like acting and it has been my talent since I was seven years old.
Before this programme, I didn’t know how to use my lines, but with the professionals that taught us acting, I learnt that you can actually act film on stage without being scared.”
Eyim stated: “I learnt a lot while in the house. Film House Africa gave me an opportunity to play a sub-lead role during one of our presentations. I really appreciate the organisers for giving me the opportunity to showcase my talents.”
