Great Pen Global Media Limited  has honoured Bidemi Adeyemo for her excellence in quality service delivery.
Adeyemo, a productivity expert and fellow of the Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM), was among the various personalities from different spheres of life that received the award recently.

According to the Managing Director of the company and chairman of the award committee, Olorundare  Enimola, Adeyemo was honoured with the Award of Excellence in Quality Service Delivery in the Training (Productivity) category of the Transport Industry Awards organised by the organisation for the year 2023.

The award recognised her exceptional contributions to improving productivity and processes through her training and consulting work with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
Olorundare nite that the award was created to acknowledge, appreciate and encourage those who demonstrated some levels of commitment to the development, standardisation and improvement of safety in the transportation sector, locally and internationally, covering several categories in the area of leadership, general management, financing, administration, advocacy, outstanding employees, safety records, innovations, training and others, in the transportation sector, given to both corporate entities and individuals in the government and in private practice.

“Your expertise in productivity and process improvement, instrumental in enhancing the operational efficiency of the FRSC, led to your selection for this award.
“Through your tailored training sessions and consulting support, FRSC officers have not only gained valuable skills but have also implemented sustainable improvements in their day-to-day activities and acknowledged by many both within the FRSC hierarchy and independent transportation watchers,” the organisers disclosed.

Olorundare also added that the streamlined processes and productivity-focused practices that Adeyemo introduced have led to significant operational improvements, which are now reflected in the national road safety outcomes and the overall performance of the FRSC.

Many have shared how your guidance has improved their time management, decision-making abilities, and capacity to optimise processes under challenging circumstances.  “The transformation within the Corps, from enhanced officers’ productivity to improved national road safety measures, is a reflection of the depth of your expertise and the effectiveness of your consulting interventions,” Olorundare said.

Adeyemo stood out for her remarkable influence on business performance, operational efficiency, and productivity optimisation.

From her early career as an administrative officer at the Oshodi-Isolo Local Government to founding her own consultancy, she has consistently advocated for enhanced process optimisation, time management, employee engagement, and technology integration.
