The former President of Ohaneze Ndigbo in Madrid Spain and also the Eze Elect of Obohia Ndoki, Chief Ugochukwu John Nduwuisi says that His Excellency Governor Alex Otti:s performance since assumption of office has placed Abia State on the spotlight.
He described the governor as the best governor the state has ever had since the creation of the state.
Chief Nduwuisi Stated this on Thursday 1st May 2025 at his country home in Obohia Ndoki Ukwa East Local Government Area while addressing the Newsmen.
According to Chief Nduwuisi;
” We have never been lucky to have this kind of governor in the person of His Excellency Dr Alex Otti since the creation of the state. Today we are happy. If you come to Abia State you will understand that there is government presence in the state” he said; adding that in four years time, Abia State will be admired and likened to Dubai.
Chief Nduwuisi says that Abia State have been recognized today due to high level commitment by His Excellency for raising governance standards and it’s focus on economic and social development.
” The way our governor has drive development has been recognized for it’s commitment to raising governance standards and it’s focus on economic and social development”
According to Chief Nduwuisi;
” Many road that is not passable in Aba and it’s environs has been constructed today by this administration within a short period in office”
He Said that governor Otti is a Man who work quietly to develop his state without noise.
” This is a man who have been committed to developing Abia without noise. All you can see is actions not noise ”
Chief Nduwuisi also praised the governor for prompt payment of salaries and clearing all the outstanding salary arrears and pensions abandoned by the previous administration.
” As we can see today Abia civil servants are happy. All the salary and pension arrears owed by the past administration has been paid by the government under the leadership of Governor Alex Otti”
He described Governor Otti as the best governor in financial management and administration while he advised other Governors to learn from Governor Alex Otti.
According to Chief Nduwuisi, with what the governor is doing, in the next eight years, the level of infrastructural development in Abia will be massive.
He encouraged all Abians to give the Governor all necessary support to build the new Abia of our dreams as the governor is leading us to the place of prosperity, progress and development.
