Fast rising versatile artiste, Onyebuchi Stephen aka Gorimakpa is poised to release his new single, Over Do on Friday, November 24, 2023 on various social media platforms.

The young artiste has singles like “Shame on Them” “Sapa” and his songs are waking waves in the broadcast stations in Nigeria and outside the country.

The young artiste disclosed that he started music 10 years ago through a friend who is a musician and he follows him to the studio whenever he wants to rehearse his songs. From there, I got the inspiration and believed that I could also sing and that was how he ventured into music.

For his stage name, Gorimakpa, Stepehen says “ I had a dream where children called me, Gorimakpa. They said, “See that brother with Gorimakpa” and I found the name interesting and decided to take the name as my stage name. Truly to prove pundits wrong, he removed his face cap for the reporter to see his head and he was on low cut.

I got the inspiration “Over Do” from people who aspire to do things and wants to be noticed by people. Over Do plays a lot in the lives of people who tend to do a lot of things positively for people to see in the society.

I got the motivation from the things that I see in the society for example, a guy who wants a lot of things from women in his relationship with them.
