The Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC), in Gombe State, says it will commence full enforcement of the speed limiter for commercial vehicles operating in the state as from February 1.

In a statement issued, on Wednesday and signed by Sector Commander, David Mendie, the FRSC explained that with the expiration of its advisory enforcement that began since October last year and which terminates by January 31, officials of the corps will commence full implementation by February 1.

The FRSC therefore warned all commercial vehicles operating in the state to comply with the directive as according to the statement, “all commercial vehicles without the speed limiter would be apprehended and booked for Speed Limiter Violation (SLD).”
