Golden Diamond Limited has unveiled a new range of top notch sanitary wares towards meeting the ever improving standard of living of its numerous customers across the globe.
The latest products which come in various ultra modern designs, shapes and colours, include toilet water closets and flushers; wash hand basins, kitchen cabinets, and other assorted sanitary wares.
Addressing guests at the 2023 distributor conference/appreciation banquet in Lagos, at the weekend, the Managing Director, Mr. Frank Chen, assured that the company will continue to conduct researches towards improving the quality of its products for the optimum satisfaction of the customers, especially the final consumers.
He reiterated Golden Diamond’s vision to make its products the first choice in sanitary wares in the African continent, both in terms of quality and affordability in the market.
The Director, Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON), Mrs Yeside Akinlabi, lauded the company for maintaining a culture of high standard quality products over the years. She said: “The distributors should be proud of doing business with Golden Diamond because their products meet the required quality standards as certified by the Standard Organisation of Nigeria. We strongly recommend Golden Diamond products to the public.”
The Marketing Manager, Mr. Lan, disclosed that the company has put in place deliberate measures codenamed, “You chop, I chop”, aimed at ensuring mutual development and benefits for all stakeholders in the value chain. One of the measures is a strict quality control system that subjects all products of Golden Diamond to a test for water leakage. If there’s any problem, the company will take full responsibility. There’s also a sales policy, whereby the company “monitors the market dynamics and competitors’ actions and timely adjust the products’ prices to help the distributors get more market shares which ensures maximum profits.”
Mr. Lan added: “Before this meeting, we blocked over 100 distributors who failed to meet our registration conditions for the appointment as official distributors of our products. We have made the conditions stricter in order to regulate the number of our distributors, because we believe that the less the distributors, the higher the profit for the distributors and the less the cost of management.”
“We don’t sell directly to the final consumer, nor do we set up our own warehouses. All final consumers buy from our distributors across the country. These measures are aimed at ensuring mutual benefits to all stakeholder sin the business value chain.
“We have also established after sales service centres in each state of the federation to offer quick solutions to any problem that may arise with our products and to help our distributors get more profits.”
The highpoint of the event was the presentation of certificates to over 80 officially accredited distributors of Golden Diamond products across the country. Each of the official distributors has a special electronic code (e-code) aimed at regulating the activities of producers and distributors of fake products of Golden Diamond.
Another highpoint at the occasion was a series of lucky draws that saw many guests go home with various expensive items. Ten people won JBL loud speakers valued at N150, 000. 00 each; another 10 people won sets of Infinity mobile phones valued at N250, 000. 00; three people won three brand new Jacuzzi valued at N640, 000. 00, while another three people won three iPads valued at N850, 000. 00. The star winner of the lucky draw went home with a cash of N1 million.
The event was graced by notable celebrities including J-Paul, BBNaija duo of Elo Swag and Giddy Fia, Nonso Nelson and SimiSanya,all of who are ambassadors of Golden Diamond.
