“I thank God, because He has enabled me to achieve what I intended to achieve in the course of my interaction with him. As a fulfilled man, at every stage in my life, there is a God-factor in everything that I do.
He admonished the youths not to be discouraged by their background, as it did not determine what they would become in future; rather, they should work hard, smart, develop the spirit of perseverance in order to make it in life.
He recalled that his father was a farmer in Ile-tintun village, Ekiti State, and after his graduation from the University of Ilorin, where he read Agriculture, he got a job as a poultry farmer while hawking tea on the streets.
For him, the way and manner he packaged the cold tea and hawked it on the streets of Lagos to children attracted him to a man who asked for his qualifications. The man was surprised when he hold him that he was a graduate, and the man gave him his complimentary card to call him. He called him the next day and, some days later, he got a job with that company as a marketer, which helped to shape his life.
